Liposuction surgery (sometimes spelled lyposuction sugery) removes deposits of excess fat from specific areas of the body, face or neck. It can be used to slim the hips and thighs, flatten the abdomen, shape calves and ankles or eliminate a double chin. This is particularly useful for diet resistant fat deposits.

Tummy tuck plastic surgery removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen and may also tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall, resulting in a flatter, tighter abdominal profile. This procedure is designed for people who have had large fluctuations in weight, gained weight through aging, been through a pregnancy, or have a hereditary weight issue.
